Pastor Todd was born in Syracuse and came to the mountaintop in 1996. He and his wife, Susan (a Windham native), have three children (Kayla, Thomas, Andrew). They enjoy domestic and world travel. Their desire for their own family, and for others, is to grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ to love and serve Him all the rest of their days.
